One of our services is Data Back-Up. Any backup strategy starts with a concept of a what data needs to be duplicated,  how,  and where are you going to store the back-up. We have several different strategies that range from single folders to whole computer back-ups. How it is done depends on what your computer is used for.
Home or business have totally different criteria's that have to be safely met.
The best data recovery technique is to have data already backed up on another storage device either on the same computer, a network server or the Internet. Data recovery becomes a simple copy procedure after the failed peripheral is replaced. At worst, applications may have to be re-installed if only user data was backed up, but unless the applications are vintage programs that are no longer available, the data are far more valuable than the software.  One of the many things that could go wrong with you computer is viruses and malware. Even with strong anti-virus software the user still must be vigilant on where they go and what they do or  something might just get through.
