We use genuine Microsoft Software (XP, Vista, Office, etc.). In the event it is not a software problem we install replacement parts. Up-Grades are chosen carefully so you can see an improvement in your system.
Some computers can't be Up-Graded due to their age and serviceability.
In this day and age most homes have more than one computer, maybe a laptop also. Configuring these units to be network together either wirelessly and/or wired. We can have you share a printer, monitor, speakers and so forth.

       One of our services is Data Back-Up. Any backup strategy starts with the concept of a what data needs to be duplicated, how, and where are you going to store the back-up. We have several different strategies that range from single folders to whole computer back-ups.
   How it is done depends on what your computers are used for.

The locations for the wireless networks we install and configure are carefully chosen. We determine where there are dead areas by electronically testing the home or office. Our wireless networks are secure and we use several different formats. (WEP, WPA, etc.)
